What's the difference between Pro and Team?
With Pro, each user gets their own personal Ace bot with a dedicated phone number. With Team, your entire crew shares a single Ace bot that builds a collective memory about your company's projects, subs, and workflows. Team is ideal when you want everyone — PMs, supers, foremen — working with the same AI that understands your business.
How does Ace work with my existing email?
Ace connects securely to your Gmail or Outlook account via standard OAuth. It reads incoming emails, categorizes them by urgency and type (RFI, submittal, change order, general), and drafts responses for your review. You stay in control — Ace never sends anything without your approval unless you configure it to.
Is my project data secure?
Absolutely. Ace uses enterprise-grade encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit) and runs on AWS infrastructure. Your data is never shared with other customers or used to train AI models. We are SOC 2 Type II compliant and can provide a security questionnaire on request.
Do my field crews need to install an app?
No. Field crews can interact with Ace entirely through WhatsApp or SMS — no app download or account creation required. They can submit timesheets, report issues, and get task updates using the messaging tools they already have on their phones.
Can I try Ace before committing?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to sign up. You will have full access to all features during the trial so you can see the real impact on your workflow before making a decision.
Can I switch between Pro and Team later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Pro to Team or adjust your seat count at any time. We'll prorate the difference so you never pay twice for the same period.
